This project made a wellness program that helps people with DD in Shenandoah Valley. The wellness program has a wellness coalition and online training. The coalition is made up of people with disabilities, family members and others. They work to make sure all people can participate in health and wellness activities. Community groups can take the online training. Groups that take this training are better able to support the health of people with disabilities.

The grantee gave scholarships to people with disabilities and their family members. These scholarships paid for costs related to exercise or wellness programs. The grantee also gave funding to wellness groups to buy exercise equipment that meets the needs of people with disabilities.
